Make sure the QR code is fully visible on your computer screen and not covered by another window. Increase the screen brightness if needed, clean your phone's camera lens, and allow camera access in the app.

Open the Android app and go to the License page. Your Device ID is displayed there and can be used to generate your activation QR code in the Windows application.

شناسه دستگاه در صفحه لایسنس برنامه اندروید نمایش داده می‌شود. این شناسه را در برنامه ویندوز وارد کنید تا کد QR اختصاصی برای فعال‌سازی برنامه ایجاد شود.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and keep your phone close to the Bluetooth module. If the connection still fails, turn Bluetooth off and on again and reconnect.

مطمئن شوید بلوتوث گوشی روشن است و گوشی را نزدیک ماژول بلوتوث قرار دهید. اگر اتصال برقرار نشد، بلوتوث را یک‌بار خاموش و روشن کرده و دوباره تلاش کنید.

Check that the QR code was generated using the same Device ID shown in your Android app. If the Device ID has changed, create a new QR code and scan it again.

مطمئن شوید کد QR با استفاده از شناسه همین دستگاه ایجاد شده است. اگر شناسه دستگاه تغییر کرده باشد، باید در برنامه ویندوز یک کد QR جدید ایجاد کرده و دوباره آن را اسکن کنید.

Make sure Windows is up to date. If the program still doesn't open, run it as Administrator and temporarily check whether your antivirus is blocking it.

ابتدا مطمئن شوید ویندوز به‌روز است. اگر برنامه اجرا نشد، آن را با دسترسی مدیر (Administrator) اجرا کنید و بررسی کنید که آنتی‌ویروس مانع اجرای برنامه نشده باشد.
